At Knickerbocker, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and customized goods are considered final sale and are not eligible for reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
